ReferralsThe best work there is.
The problem is you can’t turn it up. If you want five more roofs next month, there’s no dial for that.
I run ads that put your work in front of homeowners near you and send every lead to your phone.
The problem is you can’t turn it up. If you want five more roofs next month, there’s no dial for that.
But every roofer in your area is fighting over the same “roofer near me” searches, and they all push the price up.
And the same homeowner often gets sent to other roofers too, so you’re racing them to the phone.
Facebook & Instagram are different
The one whose roof is getting old and who hasn’t called anybody yet. And leads from your own ads go to you and nobody else.
Your numbers, the towns you work in, and the jobs you want more of: full replacements, repairs, or both. On a video call.
Your photos, your crews, your finished roofs, your name. Homeowners hire the roofer they can see.
On Facebook and Instagram, only in the towns you serve, through your own ad account.
A homeowner taps the ad and answers a few questions: do they own the home, what work do they need, how soon. You get their name and number right away, so you can call while they’re still interested.
I cut what doesn’t bring calls and put more behind what does, and you see the same numbers I do.
You call the homeowner, give the quote, and close it, like any other lead. I handle the ads so you can stay on the roof.
Step one is a 30-minute video call.
EstimateTraction Marketing → your roofing company
A $12,000 roof from an ad: $720 to me.
If the ads don’t bring you a job, I don’t make a dollar. You don’t have to take my word for anything: the ads have to earn it.
If it’s working and you want to keep going, this is what it costs. If it’s not, you just stop. By then you’ll have 60 days of real numbers to decide with.
This is the one cost on your side, and it’s separate from my 6%. It’s what Meta charges to show the ads on Facebook and Instagram. You pay Meta directly, on your own card, so the money never goes through me.
You pick the amount, we work it out from your real numbers at the sit-down, and you can change it or stop it anytime. Your ad account stays yours.
Traction Marketing is a Meta ads agency based in Jupiter, Florida, and it works with one kind of business: roofing companies. Every ad, every lead form and every follow-up is built around how roofing actually sells.
It’s run by me, Matteo Ceresa. When you call, you get me, and I’m the one building and running your ads. The deal is set up so the ads have to earn their keep: if they bring you jobs, I earn 6% of them. If they don’t, I don’t make a dollar.
Something else on your mind? Ask me straight.
(561) 589-9967Two things, and they’re both on this page. The ad budget is yours, paid straight to Meta on your card, and you pick the amount. And I get 6% of any job my ads bring you. That’s it. If they bring you nothing, I make nothing.
You decide. At the sit-down we work it out from your own numbers: what a job is worth to you and how many more you can take on. You can raise it, lower it or stop it anytime.
If it’s working and you want to keep going, it’s $2,000 a month plus the same 6%. If it’s not, you just stop. Nothing renews automatically. It only continues if you say so.
That happens a lot, and it’s usually the form. The default one is so easy that people tap through it without meaning it. I use the version that makes them review their info and answer a couple of questions about the roof. You get fewer leads, but they’re real.
Google is great for people already searching “roofer near me”, but every roofer in your area is bidding on those same people. Facebook and Instagram get in front of the homeowner before they search, while their roof is getting old and they haven’t called anyone yet. It works alongside whatever you already do. You don’t have to give anything up.
Photos or videos of your jobs (phone shots are fine), access to your Facebook Page and Instagram account so the ads run under your name, and a card on your ad account for the budget. I handle the building and the day-to-day. If you don’t have a Facebook Page yet, we’ll set one up together.
Yes. Working with one trade means the ads, the questions on the form and the follow-up are all built around how roofing actually sells.
Give me 30 minutes on a video call. I’ll ask about your numbers and show you exactly what the ads would look like for your company. If it doesn’t make sense, no hard feelings.
